Printing continuous arrows

I have a job where I need to print a bunch of "arrows on a roll" products for some pipe labels (see picture) normally we order these in already done, but this client needs custom colour combos which are not available without a huge setup charge from our supplier, so I decided to print them on our edge. the rolls are 2" wide and I can get 5 rolls out of a 15" wide roll, our vinyl supplier is going to take our 15" printed rolls and slit them down for us, so that's no issue.

My question is, what is the easiest way to set these up? the rolls will be 50 yards long (entire roll length) do I need to set up a 50 yard file, or is there some other easier way? most of these will be white background with a coloured arrow, but some with have the background printed with the white arrow being the unprinted vinyl colour.

anyone who has more experience with Omega have any ideas?

set up your file like this

<-

<-
<-
<-

than in GSP PLot click L on keyboard or go Layout/Layout and step and repeat X as many as you need them. Make sure to change the gaps in between the graphic from 100 to 0 if you need background.

Hope the prints come out with out no gotchas for 50 yards long though. The egde fx has small misses or bad prints sometimes.
