Printing "Fathead" Material on DC4sx

I've been trying to get a good print on the "Fathead" material... the Oracal 3268 and I just can't seem to get a good print. I even called Summa tech support last week. It fixed the problem I had with slanted lines on print (too much heat) but when I decrease the density, the prints look really faded. Anyone else try this with any luck?
