Printing Feather Flags

Has anyone here printed their own feather flags and how difficult is it? I have the material and the hardware for hanging it but was not sure if they would hole up outside with printed ink. Also how difficult is it to attach to the hardware? I would assume there is some sewing involved...???

Dyesub is the best way to produce this application, if you do not have dyesub then its best to put to images back to back and sew together. You never get good show through if its any other way. Lots of big wholesale companies to outsource to, in my opinion, its a very saturated market and if you can double your money by outsourcing that application it might make sense.
