Need Help printing grey / raster images / roland sc-540 /

My Roland printer is prining grey shadows with a pinkish hue. Does anyone know if its a profile issue.
I use roland versaworks. A friend of mine ran a test print on his muto printer cmyk 4 color machine using flexi
and the greys look great. Can anyone help with this issue?

if vector use the vw colour swatch system but raster is down to profile providing the artwork is a real grey but didn't know the sc540 could run versaworks except a very special old one that has a dongle.
