Printing not right with picture

Ok I have my Falcon outdoor and this is what the nozzle check looks like it prints a black line then the other colors then goes back over it in a black strip not sure how or why any ideas?

OOPPPS I did change out the heads by the way if that is any thing to think about....

OK update

I changed back to the orginal Black head and it is working but now I run a test and the blocks are not even?

also I am trying to print a picture but it is not coming out the correct color lets say the outline is a dark blu but it is printing in purple.. I know somewhat about profiles or icc?

is there a general setting to use?

That looks like no test print i've ever seen!
Do a proper nozzle check print and post it on here.
What overall condition is the machine?
