printing on clear vinyl

Hi all. Anyone have any tips or tricks for printing cmyk on clear so that the print has good saturation. Every time I try I just get a washed out product. I am using a vs 540 and cmyk inset if that helps. Any help is appreciated!

I've done double ink and it just looks like if you are spray painting something and putting a too thick coating on. I've also seen a few fish eyes.

without a white ink base the print will always appear to be washed out.

need white ink to lay down a trap
