Printing on Dacron

Colin

New Member
My customer is supplying the Dacron material for this job.

I just did a small test print, and the ink blead out like I crazy. I used a LBV (light weight banner) profile.

Any idea on how to get this to work on my SP540i, or is this a job for a UV printer?

Did you ever solve the problem of printing on Dacron with a solvent printer?
The 'solution' would be a coating applied to the media. Unless someone is putting a coating on the Dacron to make it printable with solvent inks, and I have never come across one, the answer is that you can't print on it using solvent ink.
