Printing on Vellum?

I have a customer who sent me this link - http://www.decalpaper.com/category-s/2.htm. To me it looks exactly like vellum, but the customer stated it is water applied and looks like it's almost screen printed onto surfaces. He states he wants it applied to plastics, metal posts, ie hard surfaces. My shop operates a Mutoh VJ-1646. Any tips on this? Want some input before I drop 200 bucks on a roll of mystery material...

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Why don't you buy the 10 11x17 sheets for $19.99 and give it a try?

That's my next step I think. Still trying to get a bearing on the customer's seriousness, but I guess it's worth a shot... for science!:thumb:
