Printing on wallpaper Jv3-160SP

Hi Everyone,
I am using a Mimaki Jv3 160-SP and printing on Magic 212 gram wallpaper. I am having an issue with ink "spotting" or "mottling" - white spots in dark shades of color, almost like either the ink is almost puddling or the paper is not absorbing correctly. I have tried 8 pass first--- which is what I usually run my wallpapers on--- and also 16 pass which is what Magic suggests--- I am using a generic Avery onyx profile, which produces really nice colors- but have also down loaded the magic wallpaper profiles from the website, and theres a few of them, with similar results. I have also tried the bumping the heat up heat on the recommended settings of 52, and 58, but it buckles the paper and really cant print like that , the carriage catches the media edge. The more heat used, the smaller the ink speckles, but I need them gone totally. The heater maxes out at 60.....
Any ideas? Anyone have a profile suggestion that perhaps they have had luck with for Magic? Im trying some more profiles in addition to what I have tried, but so far no luck. The lighter colors for our regular clients print out perfectly, and we havent had much of an issue until now! I am using Onyx 10.1.
Thanks in advance!

Nothing, it never printed properly on dark colors. But alot of our stuff is viewed far away and high up, so never an issue. Now they want eye level wallpaper and I dont like the way it looks. Ive tried several profiles for the paper thus far. Found some that look better with no spotting, but they look a bit odd in how it prints the image, like it has a glow on them.

Have you contacted Magic about the issue? Maybe you received a roll from a bad lot or your vendor sent you a roll that was past its self life. I've had the same issue in the past and it went away as the job progressed and new rolls were used.
