Need Help printing problem CJV150

Hello, for three days I have had the same problem. I tried all the cleaning modes as well as the nozzles wash for 5 and 20 minutes. I also noticed an incorrect alignment on the MAGENTA. Please help me.

I’m no expert but that looks like a fairly considerable head strike. Doesn’t look good to me!
