printing purple tent

ok so when i try to print silver/gray it trys print a purple tent. I printed up some carbon fiber and where its suppose to be silver its purple and it a fill off of monster wraps, and then even in some brush aluminum it looked purple tented. i will attach a pic as well.

Dont know what printer you are using.
We have a different profile setup for printing large scale grays.
We had the same issue, tried everything and only thing we found that worked was to create a profile for grays..

Last time I had this problem, I went in and knocked the [magenta and cyan] channels down 10% at the high end and it printed nicely. Actually, I had a green tint, so I adjusted the cyan and yellow.
