Printing with Eco Solvent printer on Aqueous media

Has anyone printed on aqueous polycarb with eco solvent printer?

I tried it as I had some old stock lying about.
The answer is NO it doesn't work.
The Ink on solvent machines just soaks into the media and you would have to probably double or triple pass for it to become anywhere useable.
As for longevity,aqueous or water based media was really never much good used externaly and even for interior use has a limited lifespan.

I was wondering this as well... I have a pile of rolls from the late '90's that I have kept. I used to run water based injets. I thought the canvas might still be OK to print on. If it is all crap I could clear out some space here...

I found the canvas was the one material that did not work.
