Prints are short

Hello. I am doing 12 8'x12' signs on alupanel. I split the design into 3 sections. Designed in corel then exported eps to versaworks. I have noticed that some prints are up to 1/2" short. Sizes are correct in corel and versaworks but the print itself is short. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you

Yes overlaps are all good
Checked them in corel and they are perfect. Its like something is getting shifted on export. I dont know. Even when i layout a sign and line it up one print is shorter when it shouldnt be. Its weird. Printed on a sp540

if you pull it into versaworks and it is telling you the size is correct, it could be your feed calibration, if the media you are printing on is thinner than what the profile says it should be, it could cause this. if you figure your print is made up of thousands of print passes, having your feed calibration off by even a miniscule amount could put you out quite a bit on a long print.

You can adjust your feed calibration right from the menu on the printer itself.
