Prints twice but only sent once?

Hey Guys Iam using a sp540i with versa works

have seen this a few times now i have sent something to print with only one copy sent come back and its printed it twice?

clear all of your queue/temp files. and hope that it goes away. other than that, i've tried fully uninstalling VW, then updating and reinstalling it.
