PRO 4 Loosing Cyan dots every night

Hi,

This is my first time posting here so if this is in the wrong spot my apologies. I'm having an issue with my Pro 4 XR-640 printer. My test prints lose most of the cyan dots in only Head A every morning. I have to do two medium cleans and a powerful clean to get all the dots back, everyday. which is really eating up my inks. The head is only roughly 6 months old and I have replaced the cap as well.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Replace the dampers and upper O-rings on the cyan head, as well as the cap for that head. When replacing the dampers, snip off 1/16" off of the ink line so the upper O-ring is in an uncompressed part of the ink line. Please post your results...
