Probelms with EFI's H652

We've purchased EFI's H652 about 3 months ago and have had several problems with it. I was wondering what type of problems other users have had with the H652? I've read on here that several of you have had issues.

We have had our H652 for 15 days so there have really been only a couple of the issues...:
the take up reel broke, (they replaced the sensor)
the main board had some issue causing the inks to always show empty (Y & W), (they replaced a board)
then the take you reel broke again...its sitting on my floor
