I disconnected the pump cable and pulled the ink with a syringe and it worked perfect a black head the other nothing worked, I ordered a damper to test if damaged today.

I would also order some caps as the seals can go hard and the seal is the important part when trying to get it to pull ink through.
Can you pull ink through the other colours with a syringe?

what did you do?

if you meddled with the dampers, just prior to your current issue, you may have cracked the printhead manifold. It's the black part/tip of the printhead that the damper fits into, and breaks easily.
