problem mutoh 1604 called E80 ERR JUNCTION

hello
i have problem at the machine vj 1604 , when i switch on the machine,and when start intialized , it's give me an error called E80ERR JUNCTION.
i cleaned raster by alcohol and not give me solution
please help.

I have had a look in the service manual and it says check the connection to the controller board and main board.
But it could be a failure of either one of these two boards.
Sorry I can't be more helpful I am just reading it of the sercice manual.

the problem appears when insert an USB drive , this usb drive has VIRUS
when i switch off the machine and switch on , the machine give me an error "E80ERR JUNCTION" .
ps: when i'm waiting 5 hours and switch on the machine , don't give me this error when intialized , it's give me when cleaning it's done.
please help me.
