Problem setup sheet in sp300

hello.... I have Roland sp300
my machine will start normally, but it give me this message in setup sheet (setup error try again)
please any one help me...

check pinch wheel positions, have you had 0mm sheet sizes also?

One of your outside pinch rollers are probably set to far out.

The tool carriage ribbon is most likely going bad. Inexpensive and easy to replace.

Yep, probably the cut carriage cable. I got by for awhile by moving the inside pinch roller in until the setup would register the media. Something to try until you get it replaced.
