Problem with mutoh falcon outdoor!!!

Hello,
I am having trouble with just cyan that do not want to print at all.
all the other colors are fine but cyan i can not get it to print
any ideas? the dampers are good and the ink is running ok
help please

doesn't that printer have those brass damper tube ends. if not, the easiest thing to start is to do a damper swap. put the cyan damper on an adjacent head adapter and vice versa. that will tell you if you've got a vacuum or supply issue by elimination.
