my mutoh read the start of the material but not read the end of the material and don't print..

roll, sheet or take up setting?
Please explain your routine with loading and when it does not want to print.

hi paco, i put the material in the machine and i put the machine on, the machine supose to read the start of the material and the end of the material and the machine only read the start and dont read the end.

Have the vinyl only cover half the holes.

Is the encoder strip clean.
