Problem with my Mutoh Toucan Hybrid

The black head has these lines in them, I have ran several purges and head washes, any suggestions? I am new to this industry and am still learning.

Where is the damper, I have looked everywhere and can't find it. The machine is number 14 in the production and when I look online, nothing comes up for dampers for a mutoh toucan hybrid when it comes to dampers.

Was just looking at the black head while it was filling up, and it is running out the bottom while it's filling up. That's why it won't fill up the black. what could that be?
