Problem with soljet pro II print heads

Hi, i have a big problem with my sj-645ex. The print group b and print group c. Doesn't print. When i make a test print neither of the 4 heads print. And are not the print heads, the clean and function if i change to the group A position. Is there any why to check the print boards? Any suggestion on this problem?
Is there any option in the firmare to disable/enable print groups?
Can any one give a link to the service manual for the proII and pro III printers?

You should have the tech check the fuses for B & C group heads...and for the cause of blowing the fuses. Fuses are a LOT cheaper than a new board! many times the cause is loose flat cable (wire) connection(s) to the heads.
