Hey Mita. What profile for material are you using? This looks like a profile issue to me (for print quality).
In Illustrator (is that's what you are using) Lock the cut line layer and then highlight everything in the art layer. Then go to Object / Rasterize. Make sure the DPI is set high, like 300 or 600. Make sure your artboard is larger than your design and cut lines, hen save as a PDF.

If you need to get profiles for your material you can go here: https://rolandprofilecenter.us/
You will need to sign up with your printer serial number etc but there are a lot of manufactures on there that have profiles for their material.
