Hi Everyone I need some help. I recently bought a vp300 and got rid of my old cj500. I installed flexi 10 and installed the printer but when I print it has a line andout 1/16 of an inch every 3/8 of an inch though the image that has no ink on it at all.(the image looks like prison bars) I know that it is not the heads because when i print with versWorks the image is fine with no missing lines or anything. I would perfer to keep using flexi as I have gotten familar with it from using it for years. I had upgraded from 8.1 because there only a driver for an sp300 not a vp300.

You are using Flexi in Demo Mode. You need to go to the install manager and enter the password for the software to take it out of demo mode. Usually the install manager is in the windows start menu under programs and in the SAI Production Suite folder.
