Problems printing with HP Latex 360 on clear vinyl

Can someone help, I am trying to print on clear transparent vinyl, I have told my HP Latex its a generic self adhesive substrate, and its all blurry and the ink is not drying!! What settings should I be using? I have turned up the vacuum and not worked

Let me start over, first you should get a training on the machine. It would really help you out in future.

Use HP Polymeric overlaminate. They have a profile for it and works great for both clear printing and laminating.

AT THE ABSOLUTE LEAST YOU SHOULD GO TO YOU TUBE AND WATCH A FEW VIDEOS AND GO TO HP'S LEARNING CENTER WEBSITE FOR HELP. sorry for caps. Everyone on here is more than willing to assist. You just need a little more than this kind of help.
