problems sending prints to Roland SG-300 True Vis coming out short using Versa Works

I have Flexi 21 using Versa Works 6.8 and printing from two Roland True Vis SG-300 printers. When I send an image that measures 24" X 48" it comes out 24" X 47.5" and it gets shorter the longer the print is. I just printed an image that was supposed to be 28.5" X 188" AND IT CAME OUT 28.5" X 184". I have checked the scale in Versa Works several times. It has done this with my older printer for a while and now its doing it to both and I have no idea why. I have calibrated the printer also but no luck, anyone got any ideas how to fix this? thanks

Update to latest Versaworks and use length correction. This is normal printer behaviour.
