Problems with Duracoat Foils

Hello there, I have problems with a new Gold Duracoat Foil and my Gerber 1. When I print with my Gerber and the Gold Duracoat, the print start well but then I can hear a "clonk" "clonk" from inside and a messages show in the LCD "check the foil", I open the lid abd I can notice a "high tension" over the foil(even it appears broken), where is the problem? I have not problem with other Foils, originals and third party..

Was this a complete foil cartridge or was it a refill that you installed in an empty cartridge?

Sounds like to high of pressure on the foil. Try telling it that you are printing on a different type of vinyl or foil color. (lie to the machine, lol)
I do this on one of our edges here, I ALWAYS tell it that I am printing on 220 regardless of if i am actually printing on 280 or specialty films.
I have had (only a couple times ever though) to cut foil off of a roll and re-start it on the roll to get it winding correctly, but I think that was edgefx cartridges...

jficus , i am print over clear vinyl, Avery 777, but I lie to the machine and the set up is Image Cast......
