problems with jv3-160sp

i bought a used jv3 and am having the following problems with it.
print test only prints yellow, and a few spots of blue.

inks are full, tubes are full, but don't stay full except on yellow.
black has new print head but still no print.

any ideas on what i should do or check?

Hi and welcome to the forum...

First, check the manual.

Your heads may be clogged, you need to soak 'em and run strong cleanings untill you (maybe) get them back. Your dampers may be bad. For directions, search this forum, many threads here will describe how, no need to waste time writing a bunch of repeats...

Some more info may also be useful.

Do a bit of research here and let us know how it goes, good or bad. We'd like to learn from your experiences also.
