Running Flexi 11 - non subscription.
Started getting Rip errors today. Small test grey box would print but no files that were printing yesterday.
Got to support tech who played around with it and could not get it to work.
Thought it was anti virus. Uninstalled and Re Installed Flexi - same problem.
Could not connect to their cloud to even download the software (had to do it through a direct link)
Thinks it could be network settings.
I know this was a short version of what happened but do any of you have any suggestions?
I reinstalled on another computer and have it working but of course all my files/fonts etc are on the other one.
