Problems with single sided laminating: what am I missing?

Thanks everyone. All good info. I have a Seal EL65 that I was using to apply transfer tape with yesterday. I have re-cut about 30% of the job. Wrinkles...wrinkles...wrinkles....Couldn't find any good videos on Youtube
