PRODUCTION HOUSE 10.1 with MUTOH VJ1638

New Member
Just moved in to a new print shop managing the night shift and I wondered why the print technician doesn't use the ONYX 10.1 Wanted to ask if anyone has advise what to look for and the trouble behind it. Apparently ONXY freez up while printing in the MUTOH for large files...thus the result of the printer stops as well. Is it a memory problem? Hope someone can shed out any info.
