Production manager "holds" instead of "sends" prints?

After I hit send it just holds in the status bar. I have to hit "send" to get it to print. This just started out of the blue. What would cause this? How do I fix it?

When you send the job from the designer over to the production manager there should be an option to the left in the layout screen that says to send now or hold.

Yup.... - attached shows it. See there where is says Send Mode. Change it back to Send Now instead of Hold in List.
