just reinstalled flexi on my system......now in PM im having issues with my setups being deleted. what would cause this issue...im running 8.6v2 build 1472..never had this issue before.

everything...printer setup and cutter setup. it has happen 2 time within the past day. I haft to reinstall the setups each time it happens.

Have not heard of this one PMG. What was reason for reinstallation?

Sounds like the preferences file is not being saved. Maybe conflicting AV or Firewall softwware?
