The main sign dedicated design programs are Flexisign and Signlab.

The main graphic design programs are Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator.

Adobe Photoshop is a popular photo editing program. Corel has a competing program
called Photopaint.

There are many other programs, some free, some obscure, but I think these are the main ones.

I use FlexiExpert 11 for 99.5% of my design work & to drive my Summa vinyl cutter. I use Vectric VCarve Pro 8 for my CNC router tool pathing.
