So, we have been tasked with several larger projects that will require subcontractors, budgets, schedules and so forth.
A little out of my element from printing banners and so forth.
Can anyone recommend or anyone currently using a Project Management Software care to share some info?
I am wondering if it is a must, or just overkill?
I am considering an 8 week course at my local tech school on project management, but I would love to hear from some folks on here also.
