Hub Pen has been great in the past but a few months ago they implemented a new order management system and the transition didn't go smoothly. Even since they've been on 2-4 week production with no option for rush orders (they normally offer free 24 hour rush). Hopefully they get things worked out soon so we can go back to using them.
