PSA 832 Ink Recall

Just found out the hard way that there is a recall on 832 black ink that expires 2025/01.

Black prints brown and fuzzy with them, check before you put in, put us down for a day.

They say the package just has one wrong letter, nothing else. So sounds like you have a completely different issue.

Our Grimco tech called HP to see what he needed for a service call, they told him to check if the ink expires 2025/01, both did. They're sending us replacements.

Swapped to a different cartridge and ran ink through and we're back in business
