PSD vs. AI for color

Hey guys so for real, why does a psd pantone seem to print more accurately than a an eps. PDF ect.

gs 6000
profiles built with x-rite dpt 70 and IJ 180 V3

onyx does the same thing to us. I always re-export via PS before I rip and print

oh well.

No problems here. Perfect match in either. Versaworks has a great adobe engine though
