Puckering

Hey Guys and Gals ,, I have a Roland SP540V and I seem to get puckering inbetween the pinch rollers where the vinyl is not flat.. Any idea's on what causes this?

Are you rolling out your material prior to running a job? Pre-feeding essentially? If the pinch rollers have to exert a lot of force to pull the material off of the roll they may skew and cause this.

Turn off your heater

Usually, this might happen on a new roll. Too much weight to pull through. As mentioned, roll a few feet up front and keep the pressure off the pinchers.
