Pulling ink manually to epson gs6000 dampers.

Hello people for anyone using the Epson gs6000. How can I manually pull in to the dampers or print head without necessarily doing in it fill or cleaning. I just change my print heads and flushed the green and black lines. Then manually trying to pull the inks with a seringe to the pampers I discovered the inks are not coming through. Is they a particular way to do it?

And also is there a particular firmware for the gs6000 that accepts decoder boards and reset cartridges
