Pump not working???

I had to replace my pump about 6 months ago on a JV33-130. It's an wasn't OEM pump replacement. It did perform nozzle wash as expected. Recently I had to perform a discharge & wash, but it doesn't seem to be discharging fluids. Even when I tried to fill ink, pump doesn't seem to working. The pump seems to work fine for nozzle wash.

I'm thinking it's the pump, but would like get input from this forum. Thx.

I would suspect a bad cap top and/or the the tubes are not connected properly. Make sure the cap top has the blue stopper on the 3rd hole on the bottom of the cap top. Make sure the tubes are not installed backwards which would make the machine pump the wrong way. If everything looks good, I would change the cap top. If that doesn't do anything, you could have a bad pump or something else is going deeper in the machine.
