Purchasing Clip Art

I'd like to know if there is a source out there that provides an array of interests of vector images of clip art - (think the little images of white outlined families on the rear window or sports emblems like the Detroit D) it would be nice to have a book for customers to look at, or a website that they could look at without pricing. Is this a available to us small business banner makers? I know I could create my own - but as a newbie don't have the time. I'd like full reselling rights.
Any insight, much appreciated.
