Pvc 4 x 4 post jackets

Does anyone know of a supplier that can provide the 4 x 4 x 100" pvc sleeves and finials that go over 4 x 4 pressure treated posts? In the past, I could go to Lowes and pick them up for around 19 bucks plus the cost of the finial; however, Lowes in this area has dried up and will not be restocking. We would typically route them and insert the aluminum panel followed by a couple of 2 x 4's screwed together with the sign between it all...any ideas?

depending on the length why notuse pvc round posts? We use them alot and have had great luck with them
