Q: Best way to accelerate a Diage Laminator

Rollers are oftentimes purposely 'crowned' in the middle of the roller. They should not wobble however...

You are correct, it's crowned, I just took a micrometer to it, and the rubber is round too. It's just wobbling. I just got off the phone with Daige, and they are telling me to take it apart again and see if the screws on the shaft have come loose - which could cause it to wobble. I'm not really happy with this, as this machine has been nothing but trouble since we got it. I would prefer they send someone out here and look at it themselves.

I wonder how they would react if I sent them a bill for shop time for me to take apart a machine for them that's still supposed to be under warranty?
