Q series issues, it just popped up

The language on thedisplay of the plotter is now japanese, WTH! I have done online search, SW knowledge base and the one suggestion they gave there doesnt work. Anyone run across this?

I'll go through mine and see if there is a language setting. From there I'll guide you from the home screen and button clicks to get it changed over.

Hope I can find it for ya!
