Is there any where I can get replacement parts for my q54 vinyl cutter besides sign warehouse? They havent gotten back in contact with me. Just want to know if there are any other options. Thanks.

Hello. I need a pinch roller assembly and the bar that controls all three pinch rollers. My got damaged in moving. I didnt purchade my machine from them so they havent gotten back to me.

Not 100% sure, but I think they are rebranded Graphtec plotters.

yes the Q is rebranded Graphtec, I would hit ebay for parts for graphtec

I'm not sure what bus compatible with my cutter. The pinch roller assemblies all appear to be different from mine. Thanks guys. I'm gonna keep trying. Graphtec and VE have no response.
