Quarter board

A quarter board fabbed out of Extera with sign foam 3d elements. The letters are prizmatic from corian and pocketed into the face. I'am curious what approach you would take painting the panel and vcarved boarder?

Very nice. If you haven't glued everything up yet, maybe you could remove all the pocketed elements and apply a cut vinyl mask and brush away. Or just brush it freehand if you are able.

That sign really looks like it needs some leaf though.
