Question?? Falcon Outdoor 46

Ever since I have changed the fuses ( thanks to everyone who helped) I am getting a test print like shown below. It has a line in between each line ( if that makes sence)
When prining it does not print as clear as it used to. Doesnt seem to blend like it did before. I have cleaned over and over, It is a setting on the printer maybe?

Thanks, I will have to look around and see how to align them. Is it very difficult to do?
