Ok so this is driving me bonkers! My trial of onyx 12 ended and im back to onyx 10 and ive run about 300ft of ij 36-20
And my sizes are not outputting correctly. After the file rips it shows the correct size in the que, but when it prints it shrinks the print to about 2 inches shorter.
I have checked the que size against my photoshop image size and canvas size and they all match. I've made sure that the roll size is correct, all offsets are set to 0.
Im running 4 pcs at approx 10.5"w x 56.25"h, grouped 4 on the width of the roll so the length runs with the length of the roll.
Files are saved from photoshop cs6 as a .tif file, running onyx 10.2.5, and a seiko colorpainter w-64s.
My next move is to reinstall the printer and try that, but im in a super tight time crunch as these prints are being installed 35ft in the air on a lift (which gets returned at end of day tomorrow).
I hope someone may have some insight to this issue!
